Kanaka Creek Farm sprouted to life in 2007 on what was once a half-acre of blackberry brambles. What began as a small dahlia garden has grown to a 1.25-acre-property encompassing more than 25 varieties of dahlias, hydrangeas, zinnias, sunflowers, garden roses, peonies, herbs, hops and so much more.
We also have a great selection of greenery on the farm—used to make our bouquets and arrangements pop—plus a rippling creek and guest cottage that is rentable year-round. Our farm’s plantings and groupings meander the hillsides, flats, sun and shade to provide a palette complementing the specimen varieties from the original homestead gardener’s beginnings some 70 years wise.
We share the farm with butterflies, hummingbirds and honeybees, who are essential in making our blooms grow beautiful and bright.
